Is this oil better for cooking or dipping?

Great for both. Since we went to Crete I missed the taste of their unique oil, so this was perfect for our pantry. It is great as a dipping oil with breads, and as a salad oil. It is great for cooking, too. I really like it for tagines and roasted vegetables. The flavor is better than other olive oils that I’ve tasted. You won’t regret it if you get it.

What is the expiration date for the current lot being sold in May 2021?

I bought this a few weeks ago and exp date was June 2022.

What is the date of the harvest, If ordered in the coming days, i.e end of December, 2019 ?

Yes. It would have been harvested and pressed last December. I was there in December 2018 and they were in full harvest mode.
