It is a great spice mix and it was fantastic as a rub on pork shoulder, smoked and then used as pulled pork.

While on vacation in National Harbor at a festival my husband and I came to the both where this was being sold. We we offered some of the meat that was seasoned with this product and fell in love. We had to buy some and use it for our own food. We also cook at a local bar in our home town and the patrons love it. So happy we stopped at Todd’s booth. The food is flying out the door.

We LOVE all the products this company makes. We usually get them at local craft events but when this new flavor became available and I picked up a container.....I didn't realize how popular it was going to be! We blew through it and had to order more online because we're not going to make it until the next time they come to town.
