I have used tailwinds for a number of years now - love the product, the flavors and that it doesn't cause a sugar crash during endurance sports

Pretty with no results.
THEY GOT ME ON THIS ONE. NO TASTE, IT MAY HELP WITH CRAMPS DUE TO THE ELECTROLYTES, NO ENERGY. JUST A PRETTY PACKAGE AND NOTHING TO BACK IT UP WITH.

No Digestive Issues When Running
I've been through a few brands of mix over the years and Tailwind is one of the only one's that doesn't ruin my stomach on a long distance run! They also have some great flavors!

TOO MUCH SUGAR
Way too much sugar for a hydration drink. I would not recommend. Better off getting Gatorade

Just a bag of cane sugar and NOT RETURNABLE - WASTE OF MONEY
This is a bag of sugar. Do not buy, you won't be able to return it. The website description did not list cane sugar in the ingredients and refuses a return so this is a waste of moneY.
