So much easier to install than the foot risers you put under the feet of your bed. It comes vacuum packed, but quickly regains it shape. I put it under the mattress in the hopes it retains its wedge shape longer. In doing this over, I would have bought the 5 inch wedge over the 7 inch, as the latter has made the bed REALLY high. But it's working fine. You can't feel that you are laying on an incline also. Time will tell if this mattress insert improves my acid reflux, but the previous one did.

Excellent product but would be better if they showed metric measurements. I converted the inch things into metric and then chose the option closest to my double Emma mattress. Once it arrived I opened it and left it for 48 hours to fully expand. Fits well under my mattress and I am very happy with it.

Muy buen colchón,lo recomiendo ampliamente, lo puse debajo de mi colchón y tengo la elevación perfecta, luego luego note la diferencia en cuestión del reflujo ya que estaba broncoaspirando; había utilizado la cuña y no me funciono; no te resbalas como dice en otros comentarios
