Very good quality capsules, absolutely no complaints in that respect but I found them to be slightly bulky for myself. May be fine to swallow for others. I have persevered though, and getting on fine with them now. Just take with a good glass of water.

More bioavalable form of zinc, brilliant product.
These arrived as described and sealed. Instructions very small to read on label, but the english ones are inside the peeled lable first items in. Tablets are extremely small, so should be easy to take, keep out of reach of children and pets. I brought this because I needed some zinc and this type of zinc is in my usual multivitiamin as a more bioavailable form.

Très bon complément naturel, je ne peux pas encore garantir a 100% ses effets étant donné que je les prends depuis moins de 3 semaines, mais je me sens globalement moins fatigué et avec un sommeil amélioré. Beaucoup plus détendu et énergique pendant mes journées de travail. 400 comprimés a hauteur de 1 par jour , 2 maximum si grosse carence. Je recommande !

Utile anche per mantenere buoni livelli di testosterone
Sono vegetariano e l'assorbimento di zinco è ridotto a causa della presenza di acido fitico. Lo zinco è essenziale per la produzione ad esempio di testosterone, quindi ho deciso di integrare (non tutti i giorni) Con questo ottimo integratore di Bandini che è garanzia di qualità.
