DO NOT BUY THIS CHAIR! The chair arrived with a defective battery. The replacement might have worked, but both batteries do not sit very well in the holder and when attached there is no power.I have been in constant contact with the seller and asked for return authorization and a refund. Please be aware these are third party sellers, and Amazon won't refund - only the company can. They state 24hr customer service but will only respond once per day, via message. They now ask for video of the problem.I give Amazon credit for at least offering to return the cost of return, but I need authority to return. I would give zero stars if possible.

Good chair worked well for 3 hour trip through ww2 museum. Battery works loose, but only over rough pavement.

This is not what I expected at all! First of all, before I purchased this chair, it had ONLY 5 star reviews which made the rating a 5. After receiving it, the rating is now 3.8 and quite so. The instructions are terrible! All over the place! I have see comments that it does not fold as easy as they say and it’s so true. The picture shoyou how to close it but it fails to mention you have to release the locking mechanism. Also, the foot rest is un adjustable. So if the disabled person cannot lift their legs, this will not work. This does not seem to be for a handicapped person but rather for someone who cannot stand or walk for long. Very disappointed! I think they play with the price and reviews.

this item looks good but after charging battery and putting chair together.I had high hopes to get a good ride. but the controller does not work properly. I had high hopes that I would be the one to tell the chair what to do and the controller doesnot work properly, only sone times it will do what the little handle on the controll box and my hand tells it to do, there is a big problem with the controller ,it only works part time bad unit out of the box. will now find out ifter they do after the sale make good.

Works fine. You have to get used to steering it.

The battery was not as described. It only lasted 2 hours riding around a pool table. The battery died completely. I had to drive home and get the charger, just to get my paraplegic son back in the car. I either received a bad battery or the item is not as described. My son has owned 3 different power chairs and this has never happened before.

I recently took this wheelchair to a friend's wedding. The wedding was crowded and the space was crowded, so I thought it would be difficult to operate the wheelchair. What surprised me was that it was very maneuverable and very flexible when turning, and I could still easily get through even in a crowded venue. The wedding lasted a whole day, and the seat cushion of the wheelchair was still very comfortable after sitting for such a long time, and I didn't feel tired or uncomfortable. Moreover, the battery life of this wheelchair is also very impressive. From morning to night, I hardly noticed the battery consumption during the entire wedding process, and I didn't have to worry about running out of power in the middle of the way. It not only allowed me to attend the wedding smoothly, but also made me feel great convenience and comfort.
