We made a nice pho soup with this broth.

Wow! This both comes in small packeges but has a huge taste, You don’t need much to add the flavor you want. We use it for so many things. It’s not to salty like chicken bullion cubes. It’s strong but not salty

The flavor is right on for pho, the best I've tried. Easy to stick in your bag, and nutritionally solid. No extra ingredients, just veggies and seasonings, not highly salted. A great purchase.

I just need to heat up vegetable broth and put 1 package in and have myself a veggie Pho. Although it could need a little piece of cinamon and ginger while heat up water.

Vegetable- I had not seen this broth before. Got at World Market, which my town does not have, so I took a chance. I really like it. Does have the light taste of Pho broth. I looked here at to buy more, and found more Pho broth that had good reviews. Now I am searching for the best “fake Pho”. Sure is nice to have a quick cup of Pho.

Maybe because it's the vegetarian version, but we found the flavor to be far too weak. My son used double strength and that helped, but that's getting pretty pricy for just 2 cups of broth--basically enough for one person. Will probably look to other options in the future, though if the reviews of the meat based concentrates are better will try those when my vegetarian daughter is not eating with us.
