The throttle tube is made from plastic and snapped under the tension from the cable before I could even get it connected. Contacted seller, customer service was great and they are replacing the grip parts for me. I was expecting not much help based on past experience with other companies, but I was proven otherwise. 5 star service, 4 star product. I will say, the grips feel and look amazing. I just wish the throttle tube was made from stronger material so that this situation could have been avoided entirely. I would certainly pay more for grips like this that had an aluminum throttle tube.. Maybe they will make one in the future.
