Did it’s job

Just what I needed. Had to cut it because I have a small kiln so the walls aren’t as thick as some, but it all went well and fit into place with just a little wiggling. Kiln is back up and running in just a few minutes.

This is the oem thermocouple and works for the KM1227 kiln

Original quality, perfect fit in our kiln, however, I needed to reverse the connections. The new unit was either mismarked, or our Kiln was wired differently. No problem, simple to test and correct. Works like new again.

You need to replace this sensor after some 100 high temp kiln firings. Replacing them is easy, replace when the thermocouple junction is cracking.
