Product is excellent, but I received a notice from FedEx after it arrived that I owed them money for import fees. Not cool. Contacted the seller and they said they would pay it for me (if I send them the invoice#) or they would reimburse me if I paid it. I went ahead and paid it and the seller DID reimburse me AND FAST. So it all worked out. :)
