I love this powder. It’s easy to use and the color is perfect. The product is not thick or greasy. It covers the gray roots perfectly and looks very natural.

The application was surprisingly easy and it didn’t take long to cover the areas I wanted but I did have to be careful not to apply too much or it would look a little heavy. I wore it throughout the day to see how it would hold up and I was impressed that even after a full day at work and running errands it stayed in place without smudging or coming off on my hands when I touched my hair. Even when I accidentally rubbed my head a couple of times it didn’t transfer onto my fingers which was a relief because I was worried about it getting on my clothes or pillow at night. I’ve used it in different lighting to check if it looks too harsh or artificial and so far it blends in nicely without drawing attention to itself. One thing I did notice is that if my scalp is a little oily it can take a little more effort to get it to stick evenly so I try to use it when my hair is clean or at least not too greasy. I also tested it on a rainy day and while I wouldn’t say it’s completely waterproof it held up better than I expected without streaking down my forehead or washing away instantly in light drizzles. The fact that it comes with two refills is a nice touch because I don’t have to worry about running out too soon.

The color doesn't match up to other brands so probably have to buy a different shade. But much less expensive and holds up same.

It doesn’t get on your clothes

The color of this powder is perfect for dark-haired people like me. It's more of a brown-black, so it blends well with an array of shades. My only suggestion would be to replace the sponge with a brush for better coverage; I started using a fluffy blending makeup brush and it filled in my hair beautifully; the sponge, I think, soaks up too much of the product, so it doesn't transfer as well.
