I replaced a pop-up waste in my bathroom basin with a clickety clack spring plug only to find the length was different so the waste pipe didn't line up. Disaster! I thought about cutting the pipes to fit my old P Trap, but that would have been a nightmare. This is the perfect solution. Fully adjustable P trap, fitted in 15 minutes with no leaks first time. This is a good quality product and it even arrived the day after ordering. Definitely a 5 star experience.

Good quality good price. I have fitted the P trap and the adjustable Inlet was very useful, as the sink was higher with the pedestal fitted. I would buy McAlpine pluming parts again.

I had a flexible trap due to the height of the sink waste to the exit pipe, but it developed issues. I purchased this to replace it as the issue was due to the height and this worked beautifully. If the sink is slightly too high, this is a great trap to use and it will definitely be more durable than the ridged flexible traps out there

The product was great, I needed an adjustable length as the new waste I fitted was shorter than the old one I replace. The adjustable length of the trap was just what I needed. I needed to cut part of the pipe as it was too long but that was easy, and after that it was perfect. No leaks or issues. Good product.

After about 20 years my old p-trap started to leak, so I thought to replace it with this one, rather than pay a plumber. I didn't realise that they come in different sizes, and this one did not fit the outlet from the Franke sink. Nothing daunted, I guessed that I could still use the rubber washer that came with it, together with the old trap. The whole thing was supposed to connect to a flush plastic pipe, and I could not understand how to make it grip till I realised from another review that I had to fit the washer to the plastic pipe. Now the old one doesn't leak. Problem solved! I threw the rest of it away. Advice for the seller: explain pipe diameter more clearly and provide fitting instructions.

This product looks straightforward enough . No instructions of course. I thought I was going mad as I assumed you just put the blue attachment into the fitting and tighten at the wastepipe and the fitting below the sink . Leave blue washer in tubing , and make sure you place black washer on wastepipe . I nearly left negative feedback ,but changed my mind as I'm not a plumber and it took me a while to work out ..
