not working according to what the manufacturer describes
this device does not work according to the manufacturer directions... we get different readings every time we swap the same exact spot. we tried calling the company and did what they asked but it still does not work like we thought it would. we would like to return this item but we missed it by 2 days per amazons policy eventhough it says because of covid we could return items until 2021

Make sure you buy the right swabs for what you need.
The media could not be loaded. Seems to be well built, easy to operate and I like the carry case. I did order the surface swabs instead of the aqua swabs I needed. All in all seems to be money well spent. Great product. I decided to order their touch screen instead.
