Great low-dose Vitamin C
I really appreciate the value here, as well as the lower dose. Seems like C is one of those things everyone loves to megadose to ridiculous levels. Truth is, you are far better off taking a lower dose like this a couple times per day. This makes it easy.

Safe dosage and good quality
