There is no ice gel pack on the back of the cap It's a complete fraud product. Not capable of relieving any kind of pain.

I’ve used this 3-4 times already since I received it this weekend and I love it. I do not notice any odor as other reviewers have mentioned. I do keep it in a ziplock back when in the freezer so as not to absorb food smells. When I take it out I have to let it warm slightly because it’s too cold straight out of the ice box. It has significantly helped and soothed me during onset of migraines and comforts me when I’m feeling hot. It’s soft and stretchy and fits well. I was worried because my head is kind of big. :) I’m thinking of getting a second one so that I can rotate them. I would absolutely buy this again and recommend it to anyone who has headaches.

I love this! It’s heavy weight and cooling even if you don’t put it in the freezer. It helps my migraines and TMJ so much. I also have been using it as a sleep mask, it’s so comfortable and soft. I even ordered a second because my husband and I would fight over who got to fall asleep with it. They’re very nice. I bought the pink and black, and they both look and feel consistent. Packaging is also cute!

Best headache cure. Easy to use,wash, and freeze. It fits perfectly and stays in place so it doesn't slide around.

Exactly what I needed, but doesn’t stay cold for super long. Wish it was a little tighter but I just have a small head I guess. It does cover my whole forehead to my eyes. So, It’s a decent size. Stays in place while I lay down. Smell was sorta weird taking out but it’s fine. If you have an fresh eyebrow piercing though try to make sure to leave that uncovered or might yank it.
