These are pretty good for practicing if you’re just starting out. The texture isn’t exactly like real skin, but it’s close enough to get used to the machine and techniques. Ink shows up well and doesn’t spread too much. I do wish they were a little thicker, but for the price and quantity, it’s a good deal. I’ve been using them a lot and they get the job done.

I think it would be better to practice on a thicker skin but these have been fun. You definitely need to put something under them though because of how thin they are. If you dont apply enough pressure nothing takes and if you apply the right amount its almost going through the back. my first week I wasn't heavy handed at all but it was definitely scratching up my table behind the skin. Put down a thick mat underneath these. Out of two other brands Ive tried id say these were in the middle
