The actual dimensions are: 14cm deep x 24 cm diameter (at the widest part). As Mrs P said below, it's a pretty good size. Actually looking at the question again, you mean the actual food processing bowl! The dimensions there are 11cm deep x 17cm across. Also a good size.

Is the bowl shiny or matt

the bowl is brushed stainless steel , so although it is shiny, it's not a mirror shine.

is this mixer noisy and can you let it run for more than 4minutes

No noisier than any other blender. The main reason I bought it, after looking for a long time, is the 900w motor. This means it can work for a long time without burning out. I've successfully used it to knead bread which takes at least 5 minutes.
