I love the size and portability.

Does not stick to the floor very well I think maybe it's for smaller people.

I use it effectively for push ups and to hold my legs down as I work on my AB roller. I can't figure out the whole resistance contraption idea? Make sure you wipe the floor surface with a slightly wet cloth for maximum suction grip.

It won't suck to hardwood due to the seam between them. But it works for laminate floor.

Cheap construction, suction cup doesn’t hold, foam rollers pull off too easily. Pass on this item.

I think this product needs more debugging. I wanted to trust it but in the middle of my workout the suction gave way and I almost hurt my ankle, back and neck
