Everything is good but cap is lose that's why there was a leakage problem.If u put for bottle in your bag make sure bottle was empty otherwise your whole bag will get wet.

I absolutely love this customized water bottle. It has our name on it, makes us feel special. The finishing is so good, and the name is written stylishly. Have been using over an year and no dents and no leakage. Must buy product. It's easy to use. The lid functions well.

Sipper cap is of bad qality. Bottle is okay. But sipper cap is very flimsy. May not last for some time. Manufacturers should see that the sipper cap is of good quality. We will need replacements soon. And replacements come at a good price. Sellers need to ensure that they give one or two replacements caps also along with the bottle. While browing I saw replacement caps are sold separately. Hence I feel that the manufacturers of varous brands have some arrangement with the cap sellers so that consumers go in for replacement caps after buying bottles. This is an unholy nexus to fool the consumers. Probably other brands are also like this.

Value for money product, there's a gasket inside the cap, please take care of that and ensure it is in place, otherwise bottle leaks

This bottle is of great quality and sturdy. I am using it for more than 6months and posting this. Even the lid of good quality.

The material is fragile. Unlike milton or so brands, when it fell off my hands by mistake... There were two dents... In a way that water started leaking because the joint between the cylindrical metal and the bottom cracked open. I mean really!!?? It made a small hole.Grip is good unlike milton. And light weight. But poor assembling. Just be careful not to drop it.
