This herbal combination seems to be quite effective for the seasonal allergy. However, each herb has its own energetic property that creates heat or cooling energy inside the body. My husband has really bad allergies that don't go away with medication like Allegra or Claritin. Helped my allergies so much!!! I usually take local honey for my allergies and use essential oils but this year I needed a little extra help. I can't take allergy medicine for more than a day or two due to migraines so i have to find other treatments. This is amazing tea and worked extremely well. Tastes good, kind of minty. And it does what it is supposed to do - relieve congestion and itchy throat due to seasonal allergies.

I brew up a pot of this and drink 2-3 cups a day with some nettle thrown in. Seems to work. My other allergy tea went way up in price so will reccommend this one to friends.

This tea tastes pretty good and it helps my allergies in between taking allergy medicine. I love the fact that it's loose leaf and it a good amount for the price. I would buy again and recommend.

Wanted to have a more natural way to help the runny eyes and nose caused by the grass pollen every spring/summer. Have tried this tea for a couple weeks and haven't noticed much change but will drink it anyway as a regular type of tea.
