these ended up sounding great (tried to limit bass going to the front)
After tuning the OEM touchscreen stereo in my Chevy Spark, these ended up sounding great (tried to limit bass going to the front). But I might need to get some bass blockers or an amplifier to get the most out of them. Sending even a small amount of bass to them muddies it up greatly, but they are 4inch speakers.Tuned, very clear and precise sound compared to stock. Sounds like the amplified Infinity Kappas 6.5 component, 6x9s in my Mini.I have them paired with the Infinity REF-6402cfx 4x6 2-way speakersFor my system, I had to tune out all trebble (to lessen the brightness), max out the bass (for more power), and set the Fade midway to rear (which magically cut bass to the front)

Great sound, great price.
I replaced the OE door speakers on my 2010 X5 and it was A LOT of work. It took me almost all day bc it required a LOT of modification to the OE mount. Once installed and sealed with dynamat in the door, these sound super great. Bright and full, clear. Not like the muddy OE ones.

Great T1N Sprinter upgrade
Put these in my 2006 T1N Sprinter dash along with a good Sony headunit and im jamming. With just these 2 speakers (so far) i can hear my sounds just fine. Planning to get some JBL 3 ways to fill it out from the sides. These 4" Infinities can handle a lot of power and sound real clean and crisp.Surprised how much bass im getting out of these little buggers. So down the road i go. If you get confused, listen to the music play....

By far the best 4" speaker you will find on the market
By far the best 4" speaker you will find on the market. The newer version is called the REF-4022CFX and is a bit more but these sound great. I went down to Frys and listened to all the speakers they had on the wall and these were simply the best. I purchased some Rockford Fosgate R14X2 Prime 4-Inch Full Range Coaxial Speaker - Set of 2 speakers and they were nowhere near as good as these.

nice and clear
I installed these in the dash of my 2006 Sprinter. I had to do a little modification to the speaker holes so these would fit without cutting the tabs off. They were a huge improvement. They are pretty full sounding for a 4" speaker but you'll still want larger speakers in the rear to fill out the low end.
