Why did you pick this product vs others?:I bought this for my upcoming trip to Spain. I use my Dyson air wrap daily and this was the only dual voltage dupe that I could find. I tested it out at home last night and the results were amazing. I would say the curls are even better than when I get with the Dyson. However, I can tell it uses a lot more heat and it’s probably more damaging, but it’s something I will continue to use Sporadically at home after my trip. My only issue is that there are no clear instructions on how to use this with an adapter in Europe. I saw one review from someone that said it did not work for them in Italy, which concerns me leading up to my trip. I’m hoping the seller will respond to this and share instructions on how to safely use this product in Europe with an adapter to ensure that it works properly. Is there a specific type of adapter that needs to be used?

I was shipped a USED product. If I had selected a USED product at a reduced price it would be one thing. But I paid full price $139 for a brush FULL OF SOME ONE ELSE'S HAIR!!!! This is disgusting!!! I have no idea whether it works or not because I'm not about to touch my hair with it when it's full of hair and bent bristles!!! DIRTY NASTY!!!
