Extremely accurate and consistent, easy to use app
This review is for Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor for Home Use 17" Large & 21" XL Extra Large Cuff Big arm, Free APP which was listed for $46.99 when I bought it.This is a great BP monitor, especially for people who need an XL cuff. The readings are very consistent and reliable. If you repeat a reading a few times it is always about the same, but readings at different times of the day do vary .Typically this cuff doesn't super overinflate and become uncomfortable. I've had a few times when it inflates to >200, but mainly it stops in the 170s/180s. My highest BP even measure by it was systolic 165 and it seems to retain that information to not overinflate on a regular basis. I have done about 30 readings and I only had one error where it couldn't get a pressure and that was because the tube was loose and the cuff was leaking a bit.The app that came with this cuff is awesome. First off it doesn't require a subscription. Secondly it is incredibly easy to use. It automatically connects to the machine when you turn the machine on. You don't have to fiddle with bluetooth or wi-fi or anything else. My elderly mom would have been able to use this without much difficulty. The app gives you the option to save or discard each reading and makes a chart and a graph of all your readings. You can export the data as a spreadsheet. You can power this cuff with either AA batteries or a USB-C cord. I have been exclusively using USB-C so I don't have to worry about changing batteries. I have so many devices that charge vis USB-C that there always is a cord available.I am very thrilled with this BP monitor. I initially bought one that was about $20 cheaper and it was terrible. The readings were inaccurate and unreliable and it didn't come with an app. This one is really worth every cent.

This a very good blood pressure monitor . I really like that it was very easy to set up and the bluetooth works great on it The app with it is easy to use and the monitor is very accurate I also like that it can sync with my apple health app When you take a reading it goes fast I like that two different cuffs came with it incase your arm is pretty big. It also came with a set of batteries so its all ready to start checking blood pressure right away Really love it and works great Well worth the money

Easy to use, accurate blood pressure monitor
โm very happy with this blood pressure monitor. It was quick and simple to set up right out of the box, with clear instructions and an easy-to-use design. The readings have been accurate and consistent compared with other measurements Iโve taken, which gives me confidence in giving it to my elderly parents to use.The cuff is comfortable, the display is easy to read, and the whole process takes only a few minutes. Itโs a practical, reliable device for anyone who wants an uncomplicated way to keep track of their blood pressure.

Accurate reading for BP
Let me start off by saying i ended up returning it. I had no problem with the blood pressure portion. It was well within the range i typically get, so i would call it pretty accurate. I mostly used the battery for use but i didnt have it a very long time to comment too much on it, other than to say i didnt see any severe battery drain. The app was fine. no problems and easy to use. just remember you have to have the app open before taking the reading to have it transfer. if you dont, you can manually add it at any time. the reason it is 4 stars and a return is that it mostly functioned well, but the pulse reading was all over the place. my pulse usually runs about 96-99 and for the first few days it was right on, then one day it was showing 147 a few times and other times it just said "hi". this was a concern so i checked my pulse on another machine and it read 96 and i also have a pulse meter that showed 96. if pulse really doesnt matter to you, i think the machine itself is great, that just bothered me. couldve been a defect or a glitch or whatever, but just decided to return it and decide what i want t try next

Blood pressure monitor
I had an older blood pressure machine that needed replacing, and Iโm really happy with this Andesfit Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor. The readings have been easy to use and the large screen makes everything very easy to see, especially without struggling to read tiny numbers. I also really like that it connects to an app on my phone that keeps track of blood pressure and pulse readings, which makes monitoring everything much more convenient. The two cuff sizes are a great feature and help get a better fit. Overall, this monitor feels accurate, easy to set up, and definitely worth the money.

Does not sync BP with Apple Health
Advertises Apple Health integration, but will not import your BP into Apple Health, only your pulse. The entire purpose of a device like this is to track all your data in one place and easily share it with family or your doctor. The fact that it requires me to manually re-enter everything makes it no better than the BP monitor I bought at Walgreens. As just a regular BP monitor, it's just fine, though it does read higher than other BP monitors I've used.Setup is a bit odd, but not overly difficult. I did have issues getting the Bluetooth connection to work out the gate. The first reading I did I had to manually enter into their own app as the bluetooth wouldn't sync on the first go. The second one was good, but it's weird that it couldn't sync with itself right away. I can attest that it's easier to manually enter BP and Pulse data in this than it is into Apple Health. It feels REALLY tight on use, which a BP monitor is going to feel, but this is a little tighter than most. I wouldn't say it's uncomfortable, but I can definitely say it feels a little more aggressive.I can't speak to Durability as I will be returning this. The whole point of buying a bluetooth BP monitor is to have it automatically feed data into Health so I can track it alongside all my other info. Without that, this thing is pointless. It's a simple plastic box, so it's hard to imagine it wouldn't be easy to take care of. I also do appreciate that it has usb so it can be run powered. In the end, however, this is supposed to be self-tracking, and it isn't; which makes it pointless. A Walgreens Brand BP Monitor will do everything this does for less.
