This product is great, exactly what I was looking for. It arrived quickly and the boxes were not broken. Glad it came in multiple boxes as our female mail carrier would have had a hard time delivering it had it been in one box. We tried to be home when she came just in case. This vest serves its purpose, and I have benefited from training with it using various calisthenics and running. However, the strap design is odd making it difficult to put on or take off. Also, the d-rings on the side have bent, and they turn side ways making it difficult to keep the straps consistently tight while working out. I was right on the cusp between small and medium, and I got the medium. I should have bought the small because the length of the vest makes it difficult to squat. Finally, this product takes a lot of patience to assemble.

straps are not easy to use. construction is good quality.

It's definitely heavy.

I bought it to train for my firefighter cpat test. It got the job done but I ended up having to duck tape the shoulder pads for more support to hold them in place and the metal D rings all broke and required taping also. I would spend the extra few dollars and get a nicer one if I had to do it again

Excellent weight, very adjustable and tight fitting. The 24 individual sand bag weights are double-wrapped to prevent spillage. They fit tightly within the pouches, some manipulation of the sand is necessary to insert.Ideally build for someone around 6' tall, still useable by a short guy like me at 5'6". Only gripes: the shoulder straps are not adjustable and the horizontal fastening straps could do with a better retention system so that they do not need to be routed through the metal gromits every donning. Overall, excellent product.

It is a great vest. However getting the vest on is a bit of a chore as you have to slip it on through the bottom. There were a few times the vest smacked down on my head hurting my neck a little and it tends to smother me as I am putting it on. Be very careful putting it on. I also had to put duct tape on the metal clips as they were about to bend and break due to the vest's weight due to them having about a mm diameter. Other wise it is a pretty sturdy and great vest. It needs some improvement

Hurts shoulders like crazy. Two of the metal rings the straps go through have broken. Replaced them with some ring thing i bought at home depot which is actully better than the originals. Getting it on and off is awkward.
