So I've been taking this since the 9th of June 2025. And I have to say, I've noticed some big changes. I was like skeptic about all of this, but I tried it I think I'm on my third week maybe. I've been taken this Oregano oil capsules off and on during the week and I've experienced burps. Dont lay down after taken it because it will give you heartburn. Ive noticed that when my ear and throat were hurting from sinus i took one capsule and it cut my pain in half and I also experienced some mucus drainage as well. The next day after taken another one it completely took my pain away from my ear and throat as I still experienced more drainage. I take this for a week then I give it a break or when I feel like I'm getting sick. I only take one capsule even though it says take two. This is good for inflammation, antifungal, antibacterial, antiviral, antioxidants, support respiratory, gut health, lower cholesterol, arthritis, h pylori, acne, eczema, psoriasis, muscle recovering etc. Take with food. Avoid taking it with diuretics, bp meds, blood thinners, diabetic meds, sedatives, antidepressants etc. I'm not a doctor. Be careful for your kidneys. Too much can be lethal. I thought this was going to be something I was not going to like at all. I was having digestive issues nothing drastic but I was finding I was not eating as much and needed something to keep regular in a more natural way. This product contains gelatin. If you have any dietary restrictions against taking gelatin, please be aware. While a picture of the back of the packaging stating the ingredients is in the photos, the listing should make this a little bit more prominently known in the description as there are many people that do not consume gelatin and it is easy to miss this with the ingredients only showing on one of the later photos. Additionally if you ask Amazons AI tool about whether this product contains gelatin, it will incorrectly tell you that it does not contain gelatin. I wish this supplier would make a version of this product using fish derived gelatin.

Quiero evaluar este producto con las debidas reservas. Lo compré por los beneficios del orégano. Sin embargo, hay que decirlo bien. El producto es muy bueno, tiene buena concentración y por lo mismo el aroma es fuerte. No esperes que después de su consumo no huela a nada. Sin embargo., al consumirlo entre comidas es menos el sabor al eructar. También quiero compartir que yo lo consumí por el lapso de tres semanas y descanse. Lo hice por decisión propia porque tambien hay que decirlo, el consumo diario por periódo prolongado altera tu flora intestinal y pproduce evacuaciones diarreícas. Porqué le doy cinco estrellas? Porque el producto tiene una buena concentración de aceite de orégano y sus efectos en el organismo dependen de lo que busque cada persona. Yo lo utilice para desparasitar a profundidad y aliviar la tensión (inflamación del estómago? Considero que me funcionó en un 90% Saludos!!
