My son (5) has autism so we initially got this to help with his focus and development. We’re on day 3 and one immediate thing we noticed is this puts him to sleep faster. He doesn’t have issues staying asleep but he’ll stay up all night if he could. We give him this right before bed time and within 20-40 mins he’s out. No struggle, just slowly gets sleepy. We’ve also noticed his behavior when he wakes up. He’s not grouchy or sluggish anymore. He wakes up calmly and more chill. So far so good. I’m hoping to see benefits of focus and development pretty soon.

While this product is advertised for children, I would presume that is because it is a liquid that allows you to adjust the dosage to any age level.The bottle and dropper are high quality and clearly marked in 0.25ml increments. The labeling provides clear amounts for all of the ingredients for two age groups, 4 to 8 yo and 9+.Pineapple flavor: I found the taste ok, slightly sweet with no bitterness nor lingering smell and I believe children would find it palatable. Wouldn't be my first choice.For me, the major benefit of liquid supplements can be the speed to which they start to take effect. In taking 2ml of this product, within 30 minutes I started to become drowsy and a slight relaxing of major muscle groups. As a sleep assist, I would give it 4 stars.Breakdown of review-Packaging: 5 Stars High quality bottle and dropper with increments for specific dosingTaste: 3 Stars It's Ok, but pineapple isn't my first, or 2nd choiceEfficacy: 4 Stars Without third party verification, as with most supplements, we must take their word for it.Why I can only give it 4 stars: There is no documentation on the label or that I can find online of third party, independent certification of the ingredients. This is the challenge with all supplements and from what research I can find, only approx 15% do independent testing, due to the cost. The industry is HUGE with hundreds of brands/co-brands, companies, etc. I typically rely on well known name brands that have been around for man years and built brand recognition (typically via marketing). This is the primary reason I am trying to evaluate some of these smaller, less know brands via Vine.Bottom line: This product seems fine and I have no reason to believe it doesn't contain precisely what it states on the label. For me, 3 stars means it is 'Ok'. If it contains the supplements you want and you need a method to easily modify dosage, this is a good choice.Always do your own research using any of the online tools to evaluate a company and where products are manufactured.

As someone who has only ever used melatonin for their kiddos this has been such a great alternative. My kids aren’t so groggy the next day and with all the other added benefits this will forever be my go to

I purchased this for my grandkids. My daughter said she likes them, they help the kids sleep better. She alternates the drops with melatonin.

This helps put our son to sleep faster than melatonin. He doesn’t have issues staying asleep but he’d pull an all nighter if he could. No side effects in the morning like being grumpy or overly tired; just well rested and relaxed.

This supplement is quite refreshing. First, they made it in liquid drops, so even kids can take it. They made it taste like pineapple. Remember the syrupy taste in pineapple kids' cups? It's similar to that. They managed to do it and use stevia to sweeten it instead of crap though, which is fantastic.Oh, and they have high quality forms of chelated magnesium that are gentle on digestion in here and chelated zinc.Even the water is purified.For adults, you'll need 2 ml/day, which will last about 30 days, and kids are to take 1 ml/day, which would last nearly 2 months. Check with your doctor, if you, or your kids, are on meds, or have any concerns, before taking this product.They've even used a dark glass bottle, which I absolutely love and appreciate. Don't let little kids handle it. Measure it and administer it to them, for safety related to dosing and the glass bottle.Have I mentioned that they even have the right form of vitamin D3 in here, and vitamin K2 (mk-7)?There's even L-theanine in it for stress relief and relaxation, so you may wanna take it before bedtime.I have only 2 complaints about this supplement:1. It does not state that the pineapple flavor is non-GMO, which means it probably is GMO. That's a concern for me, especially related to kids.2. The form of vit. C listed is ascorbic acid which is not high quality vitamin C, nor is it food based that I'm aware of.I'd love for them to upgrade the vitamin c in this bottle and to only use non-GMO pineapple flavor. Once they've done that, I'll full-heartedly recommend it.Overall, this is one of the highest quality supplements I've come across in awhile.
