FisslerOrginal-profi collection Sauce Pan 16cm with lid, Stainless Steel, 37 x 19 x 11 cm

I have a large set of these pans in various sizes but bought an extra two this size as they are just the right size for cooking different vegetables.The pans themselves are really solid and sit well on the induction hob. They cook evenly and are easy to clean. The top edge is great as sauces, milk etc. never runs down the outside of the pan when pouring.Fizzler pans are so well made and cannot be bettered.These pans can be used on most hobs and I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.

Hier stimmt einfach das Gewichts-Länge-Verhältnis aus Topf-Griff und die Form des Griffes. In der neuen Serie ist der Griff unhandlicher.Der Boden ist typisch Fissler. Solange man nicht das Matterhorn damit klein klopfen will, kriegt man den nicht kaputt. Bin froh noch einen zweiten der alten Serie bekommen zu haben.

Not sure if it is across the board, but the nice stainless steel finish darkers after a couple of use. Otherwise a great sized and versatile saucepan. Dripless pour is a good feature to rely on.

I love swanky kitchen ware, and this sauce pan feels and looks the part. It's solid and beautifully designed. This was my first Fissler purchase. Most of my other pots and pans are All-Clad, but I'll likely buy more Fissler in the future. The design is more striking and the quality is on par.

プロシリーズは、今までにも大サイズをニケ持ってますが、本当に使いやすい。少量の水で蒸し野菜、ゆで卵。煮物も無水調理にも重宝します。少々失敗して焦がすことあっても簡単に手入れ出来るので一生物で結果、お得だと思う。
