Hi, this battery pack has a capacity of up to 5000mAh, which can give my quest 2 extend extra 2H+ of playtime when fully charged depends on games and device settings.

Yes, I leave it plugged in all the time and just plug the charger cord into it while it is connected to the Quest2.

Does it fall of easily

We have had no problem with the battery pack falling off.
