Quality Cookware
LOVE this cookware. I have been replacing all of my pots and pans with HexClad. I really appreciate the quality of the HexClad product, they live up to all the hype (heat distribution, heating performance, ease of cleaning, etc.) that I've read about them! Worth every penny . . . Best cookware ever!

Simple cooking and food get stuck that can be removed
I received my grill Oct 7, I seasoned it according to instructions. Two days later it got damaged with food stuck on it that can’t be removed as per Hexclad cleaning instructions. I cooked two tortillas between low and medium and they got cooked but a bit stuck on the grill. I soaked for several hrs with warm water and tried to remove it with a sponge as Hexclad cleaning instructions indicated with no success. I contacted Hexclad technical support and they sent me an email asking me to send pictures so I did. Later I received another email with instructions of how to clean it, which were the same procedure I have followed, in addition they told me that there was not warranty for this issue and that it takes time to get used to using it and to be patient! They closed the case and I am left with an expensive grill that I can not use because it got food stuck on it. I only bought it to make tortillas but they will stick even more now so I can’t cook them there. They also said they recommend to put a bit of oil on the grill. Well, I don’t want fried tortillas. Other grills do a better job but I was marketed Hexclad as best than, which turned to be false. I will never buy Hexclad again.

Great griddle pan for induction cooktop
Our new induction cooktop has the ability to cook with multiple zones and it was difficult to find a griddle pan that would work with it as many of the pans that I’ve seen are meant for barbecues or other types of ranges or cooktops. I have a problem lifting heavy pans and didn’t want to go with cast iron. This one is a little pricey but it works very well and is sold but not too heavy for me! It heats very evenly and the non-stick surface works very well once you follow the instructions for seasoning. I’m very happy with this purchase.
