So, first of all, I ordered two (one for my husband, and one for me), and they arrived a couple of days ahead of schedule! 😁When we first put our music on our respective mp3 players, we had several songs that would freeze the devices completely, and we would have to do a hard reset (hold the power button) to get them working properly again.The company reached out to us about a week after delivery to ask us how the devices were faring - we told them about our problem immediately. They were polite, professional, and responded within a 24 hour period - with the exact answer that we needed!Needless to say, the mishap was user error! We had some files that weren't compatible, and that's why they were freezing up! Lol 😆Now that we changed over the files, everything is working wonderfully! The mp3 player itself has a decent speaker, and the Bluetooth quality for headphones works well too!

Initially, I was very excited about the look and feel of this MP3 player, but that excitement quickly dissipated. It was complicated to upload music to it, and then after I got a system figured out, the player stopped working after playing only 3 songs. I was totally unable to get it to turn back on and it was fully charged. I ended up returning it.

I've tried half a dozen mp3 players and none have had a custom-equalizer, or one that did not distort sound egregiously. This particular player has all the terrific intuitive menu navigation features of its competitors and the clear (literal and figurative) advantage this player has is that is comes with a custom equalizer that sounds terrific. Deep bass and crystalline vocals and treble ranges via the custom equalizer set this player apart from its competitors. Maybe worth noting I found the same style on eBay that did not come with the custom equalizer. It was a wonderful surprise to see a custom equalizer on this model that carries all five frequency ranges with compelling depth. That said, the 'Rock' mode of the equalizer is much quieter than the custom-mode, unlike the same model found on eBay. They were so close - the 'Rock' mode needs to be increased in volume and upper range. I think with the added value of the custom equalizer that sounds deep and clear, the linear and intuitive navigation with the 'now playing' feature, and the accurate album covers this player has an edge over some competitors.

Not too crazy about it. After two weeks the headphone jack is not working.

I was looking for something that could both record audio for lectures and play my music, and this does both really well. The 136GB of storage is plenty, and connecting my Bluetooth headphones was a breeze. The included earphones actually sound pretty decent too. The voice recording is a nice touch and seems to work well. Overall, a solid 2-in-1 device that does exactly what it promises.

Great mp3 and video player. You can also use as voice recorder, which is helpful to me during meetings. The screen is easy to see/crisp. Can be used as e-reader too. Comes with 128g SD card installed, so there is plenty of storage. This connects to my Bluetooth earbuds. There is an FM radio, though reception isn't great, you can plug in the included ear phones and use the wire as a sort of antenna. Everything you need us included. Give it a try. It's nice to have a small device to carry with my music, instead of heavy phone.

Only used it twice and it started glitching and now wont turn on.

Device is small. Interface is difficult to navigate.Did like the fact that you can create your own Play lists and it will read them. Others I tried would not read user created play lists.It worked 4 days then would not connect to Bluetooth device that it had been connected to for those 4 days. Returned it and would not try this one again.
