LOVE these! They've made such a difference for me lifting weights, and they're so easy to use. I love that they come with a case too, so there's little/no chance I'll lose one haha. I'm a woman with small enough hands, and these aren't too big or excessive. They're not cumbersome at all, and they stay snug/secure between my fingers, so they don't fall off or get in the way if I need to do something "nimble" like send a text or something too.
