Bottarga Stefos Bros & Co. from Greece Kosher Avgotaraho "The Art of Seafood" 3 ~ 4.23 oz

Wrapped a double wax coating and packaged in shrink plastic. Softer then other brands. It had a nice consistency and was very flavorful. I eat it with cream cheese or labne. This used to be so hard to find and few people make it. It was expensive and labor intensive. You don’t see kosher bottarga often either. I think for what it is, the mail order price was reasonable. I’ll get this brand again.

Not at all as advertised!Very very bad quality botarga. The color is really dark not at all like on their photos. It’s very dry and not fresh at all. Total rip off.

This product was the most delicious Bottarga I have ever had. We have eaten Bottarga throughout Europe and have tasted all brands over many many years. This is the absolute most delicious, freshest bottarga I have ever had. It is best eaten sliced and enjoyed melting in the mouth as opposed to grating on top of pasta as it is so fresh and creamy, it simply cannot be grated. A true delight!

I got old bottarga. 2 months left of shelf life. It was bitter, hard, and dark brown-red colour - not gold as it is depicted on a picture. I'm dissapointed.

This is a very good Bottarga, fresh with a great taste. It is comparable to other Greek brands. Will definitely order more.
