Fell asleep immediately
I might update this review if I notice it helping at all with digestion, which is what I specifically took it for in the middle of the night. I've been having tummy troubles and remembered I've got all sorts of tea, but despite my large collection this was really the only one that said it would help. What I didn't expect was to immediately feel like I needed to sleep, even though that was also a claim and I probably should've been sleeping already (my hubby and I have strange sleep schedules, so it wasn't unusual to be up.) I felt the effects so quickly that I'll have to try it on my hubby, who often has trouble sleeping. As far as the taste, to me it tasted like barley, which is one of the ingredients. It's not off-putting, but not something I'd drink just to sit and enjoy it, if I'm honest. But to drink it up fast I added a bit of simple syrup made from sucralose (a zero sugar alternative I enjoy) and I enjoyed it a lot more. I also was eating lemon sorbet (sometimes it helps my digestion issues), and I added a teaspoon of it to the tea... it was actually really good and helped me finish it up quick. The only thing is the price seems a bit outrageous. I can't imagine people are paying even half as much if they can get it locally. That said I don't want to mark it down because of it, it genuinely works and I don't have a lot of experience with tea meant to make you sleep, so I can't say whether a cheap alternative will work just as well.

Good for sleeping.
Despite having many sweet and flavorful ingredients, the Sleepytime tea is very mild and slightly bitter. Not something I would drink just for the taste. It is fairly effective for helping me get to sleep though. Within minutes after drinking I was already feeling drowsy, and then I was able to sleep through the night without issue.

Good Mixture of Ingredients But Not Much Taste
Upon opening the zip-lock bag, with 25 tea bags inside, it did smell quite nice. The smell of the red dates stood out. I was excited to try out the tea bag since the product description claimed it can reduce stress and help with sleep. I suppose it's my fault to drink tea after 8pm as I ended up getting out of bed to go to the bathroom twice before actually sleeping. With the usual cup I use for drinking coffee and tea, I filled it up with boiling water and one of these tea bags. There wasn't much taste to it. The ingredients do look nice and it's a good variety. I just wish there's more taste to it. It felt pretty much like drinking water.

Tea Blend in bags: Sour Jujube Seed,้ ธๆฃไป๏ผGoji berry,Red Dates,Barley
This seems to be a quality tea blend when you look at the ingredients in the individual teabags. Since it did not mention if the bags were plastic or not I cut them and poured the ingredients in boiling water. I like the taste of the resulting tea, it is blended smoothly with nothing overpowering.

Quality is visible through the tea bag
This isn't your typical dusty teabag with unidentifiable contents. The ingredients are "whole" and can easily be seen and identified through the bag's mesh. You can see the ingredients soften and expand in the hot water. The flavor is very mellow and easy to sip on. And I definitely feel relaxed as I enjoy the tea. I haven't experienced any miracle sleep after enjoying this tea, but I understand that it isn't a sleeping pill and it may take time to experience the benefits.

Beautiful presentation, earthy flavor, didn't help sleep
I struggle to fall asleep so I was excited to try this tea. The tea is beautiful, colorful and clean and the individual bags are very pretty. As for flavor, it doesn't have much flavor or smell. It tastes very earthy, more like dirt than anything else, quite flavorless. Not unpleasant, just lacking any form of flavor other than what I call earthy. Personally, I think it's a bit pricey, however, I would pay that price of it actually helped me sleep but unfortunately it didn't do anything for me. It did nothing to help me sleep.
