I don’t know what kind of sorcery this is but even after ventilation I could feel the smell it had produced and ended up with a headache. After reading some reviews I could not trust it wasn’t harmful so had to let it go. For example I needed it to remove a smell that I still cannot identify in my rental apartment it’s like it’s coming from the walls or the ventilation, and the 3 times I used it, the odour was still there but as I said I couldn’t live with the headaches.

It looked reliable and powerful enough. They replaced it for me without any problems. It works now. That's why it gets 3 stars.
