Mainstays 4-Slice Toaster Oven, White

i was specifically looking for a white toaster oven. so this is what i got. i bumped this review to 4 stars, because simply out of the selection of white toaster ovens, at this price range, this is going to be as good as it gets. don't use the toast setting when making toast, though, a lower temp setting will do the job, and not burn your toast. also, don't ever set this thing to dark toast. ever. and be ware of how hot the oven itself gets when using it. don't place anything on it, and ensure nothing is right next to it. does a nice job as a little oven, and blends into my decor, and that's what i was looking for.

Its not bad if you're like me and can't afford much.Is taking longer to cook things than it says and also is even burning toast if set on low. You really have to watch everything.Small Frozen pizzas, instead of 13-16 minutes are taking 30-35 minutes instead and you cannot use on correct oven temp because everything burns and is not cooked . Opposite with pizza rolls for kids. You have to cook them less time on low or they burn. Oh and watch little pizzas, you have to watch because the bottom seems to cook and burn while the top doesn't melt all of the way, so not even cooking.Little pull out tray is horrible and does not clean easily and stays stained after the 1 use. I did every single thing as the book says too. Not very happy at all but, right now I can't afford a better one so is what it is.I Will buy a better as soon as I'm able though. Will still use this in the meantime.I Hope this helps

Would never buy a toaster again after having this oven that not only does the job but doesn't take up much counter space.

I bought this for my BFF specifically for her to make shrink dink’s. She loves it! It’s a great size and doesn’t take up much room in her craft room

It doesn’t toast both sides of the bread evenly.

Just make sure that it is plugged in to use. I have moved it several times and forgotten to plug it back in. The timer will work which is misleading, and then you come back to cold food.

Not a high quality product. Doesn’t cook evenly, clunky design and the knobs are difficult to use. Not very expensive, but still not worth the price.
