As a first-time mom, this bathtub completely changed bath time for us. We keep one at my grandma's house, and it has made maintaining our daughter's bedtime routine so much easier whenever we're visiting. Before this, we were bathing our newborn in the sink, and I started worrying about what we'd do once she outgrew it but wasn't ready to sit independently. This tub solved that problem perfectly. We place it securely on the bathroom countertop, let it drain into the sink, and our daughter stays comfortably supported throughout her bath. We tried several other baby tubs, but many felt too slippery, unstable, or weren't well suited for babies who weren't quite sitting on their own. This one strikes the perfect balance. At 4 months old, our daughter is comfortable and secure in it, and I love that we'll be able to continue using it as she grows thanks to the different stages. It's also lightweight, easy to clean, dries quickly, and I've had no concerns about mildew or mold. The thoughtful design and versatility make it well worth the price. I absolutely love the durability, the cushion it comes with for baby and the very easy instructions on how to modify it with baby's growth. Its a large tub where you can avoid having baby in actual bathroom tub altogether. However, I am having a hard time deciding where to hang this thing... its quite large and so it takes up wall space in bathroom tub wall, which can be tideous if you already have a shower organizer in place. Has anyone found an alternative or a hook that's ideal for hanging the baby's tub? Other than that it truly is an upgraded baby tub from other Skip Hop products (and even other brand tubs out there.) I'd gift this one in a heart beat. Well worth it.

People said these are huge, I think it’s just about average?? It’s cute and works as intended but I don’t really see why people raved about it. It is sturdy and light enough to handle. Works decently well for my 3 month old

Lots of baby baths with terrible reviews. After weeks of research I settled on this one but didnt have high hopes as some people had legitimate issues with it, it seemed. But ive been pleasantly surprised & am loving it. It fills up enough underneath the mesh that my newborn’s back & bum are touching the warm water. I make sure to get the mesh that stays OUT of the water nice & warm before putting her in, could also put warm wet washcloth on the mesh to make it warm as well. She is nice and secure w the way the mesh seat is designed, she never slips down. The recline is appropriate, her head does not fall too forward & make her scrunched up. She looks very comfortable. I make sure to wash the whole thing after a couple baths so that nothing molds, including the mesh which I remove from the tub and wash. I LOVE that it has a hook for hanging out of the way. If im really looking for something to complain about, its that the mechanism for locking the bottom of the mesh is VERY hard to unlock & remove the mesh for cleaning. However, this makes me know its very secure! And honestly it can probably be cleaned well enough without removing it. I can see how this tub will last me a long time, until baby is much bigger & sitting on her own even.

I have a bigger tub where I bathe my toddler and I purchased the infant insert to go with that tub. The insert was very uncomfortable to bathe my newborn in because it was unstable, so I did some research and decided to buy the Skip Hop infant bath tub. I used it for the first time tonight and it was a total game changer. You’re able to fill up the bottom part with water so that your baby feels the warm water under their back while you bathe them making it a more pleasant experience. It was a bit bigger than I expected, but don’t be alarmed by the big Amazon box. It didn’t come with a hanger to hang it somewhere in the bathroom, so be prepared to figure out where to store it since it’s not compact. Overall, I highly recommend it for infants.

Bañera ideal desde el nacimiento por la malla en la que puedes colocar al bebé con seguridad, una vez está mas grande tiene una segunda opción de anclaje de la malla para seguir dandole soporte a la espalda del bebé y luego la malla se puede retirar cuando no sea necesaria. Buen tamaño, calidad y viene con un gancho para poder guindarla y no ocupar tanto espacio.

Buy it without any doubts if your going to use it for your new born from day 1 ..very useful and safe..little expensive but worth the purchase
