Medieval Times Crusades Red and White Armored Maltese Knights Chess Set with 17" Board

I ended up ordering this twice (once was the original order and the second was a replacement because the board arrived cracked). The replacement was shipped out quickly and arrived in perfect condition. I don’t typically leave reviews, but I’m very satisfied with this chess set, and have already received many compliments on the quality and craftsmanship of it. 5 stars here!

I seldom write reviews but when I am so impressed by a product and the seller, I must. First, the quality of the set. Beyond my expectations. I was skeptical when I saw the pictures on Amazon but I will second another review: the pieces actually look better in person than they do in the pictures. Second, the seller: HotProducts customer support is outstanding. They went out of their way to expedite a replacement board (the first one arrived broken in half - almost certainly the shipper's fault) that arrived well before Christmas. They could have blown me off and told me it would arrive after Christmas, but they didn't. I have seldom, maybe never, received better customer service. I will definitely buy from them again.

Beautiful piece of work. I only wish that it came with a protective case because I can't find one to fit it correctly, and it would be easy to crack if not transported in a good, protective case.

Bought this as a gift for my dad and he absolutely loves it. A few years after purchase and it still looks brand new after daily use. Pros -Great weight -Great quality -good value
