ACTIV Doppelherz against cramps 30 tablets.
I made a mistake ordering these - Crampex is no longer available and I thought these were the solution, sadly they are not. They are huge horse pills - I am 82 and could not swallow one. It says on the leaflet not be taken on an empty stomach. If I get cramp it is at 3 in the morning when my stomach is empty. I cannot get out of bed to eat something before taking one. This is a shame, but I will have to ask for a return lable. Thank you.
