Great tool for rehab
Very helpful for wrist/hand surgery rehab. This is a 7 lb resistance bar & works well in rehab. Can twist left to right, bend up, bend down.

This is just what the OT told me to use and half the price as at the medical store. Had to send first one back as the tension was too strong.

Bar works well but is too short making gripping difficult
