LOOBANI Large Dog Grass Pad with Tray - 35x23in for Balcony Apartment

This thing is absolutely fantastic!!!! Very low height so even puppies could use if they were trained. Designed wonderfully. NOT recommended to machine was the grass as it may unravel in machine washer. I rotate between the two pads and grass covers every couple of days. I work nights and leave the kitchen door to the garage open and my dog just walks out there in the garage, does her thing and no more inside messes!! Grass is VERY easy to hose off outside. If using more than 4 or 5 days, a mild smell of stale urine is noticeable when near the pad.

My 4 y/o 7lb Morkie was trained to use these. We’ve had 2 smaller ones in the past, but ordered this larger one on 6/25 & received it today 7/13 (to SE Alaska) This pan Came with 2 turfs & 2 washable pads. We’ve got a very long patio & her ‘area’ is at the far end, away from where people hang out- this will be the first time we’ve had the washable mats so will update that in time- but we usually hose off the turf, pour antiseptic cleanser on to ‘soak’ then hose again- works GREAT! We just leave the patio door open a crack & she goes to this to do her business whenever she needs to- if the door is closed, she noses a bell hanging from the doorknob to alert us she needs to go out- I truly wouldn’t train a small dog any other way! (I am 68 & cannot take her out on walks as often as I’d like)

This item did not work for my French bulldogs, It is easy to put together and easy to clean.

This potty training system is fantastic! I paired with a “potty pheromone” spray to encourage use, along with a lot of praise and it didn’t take but a couple weeks to get our 8-week old, toy-sized puppy, that has a bladder the size of a grape to use it by herself when the need arose. I put disposable paper pee pads between the turf and the pad provided and that extends the time between washing the fabric pee pad. It is nice to have a second turf rug provided, so that it can be in use while other is being cleaned and air drying. I hose the turf and use a simple solution of white vinegar and water if there is a lingering urine odor, which honestly, I have not had. I highly recommend this as a potty training tool or for permanent use in an apartment, puppy playpen, etc. it would also be convenient to travel with in a hotel, camper, motor home, or boat.

Im using 2 on my 2nd story porch. The grass patches unravel and shed a lot and pups want to pull the strings and eat the shedded grass. They continue to unravel even after I trim The strings. When I replaced the first patch, I trimmed the strings and removed as much loose grass as possible. To no avail, the product still unravels and sheds causing this to be an unsafe product to use for my pups. I find them difficult to clean because of the way they shed and make a huge mess. Too much of a hassle and unsafe for my pups. Don’t recommend and don’t plan to buy again.

I got this for my dog for when I have to work all day. At first, I thought she wasn’t using it and she may not have been initially but now she does use it.! I didn’t have to train her to at all. I think this is great because I feel bad leaving her when I have to.

Absolutely awful. You can not get the smell out after you use it once! DO NOT PUT IN YOUR WASHER! Made my whole by house smell awful and couldn’t get the smell out of the washer for weeks!!! Find a more quality product. My dog hated it and hated when her feet touched the grass. She has been on fake grass all ten years of her life and this was so cheap she didn’t even want to touch it.

I have a 3 months and 2 weeks old Pomsky she is currently being train to use the outside balcony of our apartment and today we just got this Xl fake grass and she loved it used as soon as we got it, I did put under the first layer her last pee pad so misty would be Able to sense herself, the grasss is as real as it gets ! The pads under are absorbent and look good fabric, it did bring 2 fake grass and 2 under pads and one crate I am gonna order more soon ! I ordered XL so she would have enough space to potty! Highly recommended! It’s awazzome a must have item!

Great to have the 2 grass pads so one is always clean. I use the disposable pee pads underneath and it works just great. I have 2 small dogs so am purchasing a bigger one, they had no problem using it.

Not recommended for a puppy, they chew through it quite easily
