When it is fully retracted how low does it hang from the ceiling (lowest point) as I have a tall husband and low ceilings?

The airier is meant to have a height of aprox 14 cm (from the middle of the structure where the pulleys are) when retracted, so on the sides it would be a bit lower, given its curved. Can this be fixed straight to the ceiling?

Yes it can, but it MUST be screwed through to a joist. Plasterboard alone won’t hold it.

Is a pulley rope included? how long is it /

Yes the rope and pulley was included although it was delivered on separate days. The ripe is plenty long enough. I hsve it hanging from quite a high ceiling.

Can i get a replacement chords for this dryer?

Yes you can. We changed the colour of ours. If you look for 'soft cotton cord' on Amazon you can find a variety of colours and textures.
