The watch appeared like new, great value for money. No visible marks and the battery was in great condition. However compatibility of this watch with newer versions of Android, version 16, is a problem. While the watch was connect and the majority of software works, that are issues with Samsung account linkage. To log into a Samsung account you have to update some of the apps, but to update the apps you have to log into a Samsung account! If you don't need to sync this with a Samsung account then you're okay. There are two options that I found online to address this, which apparently is a common and well-known issue. You can either side load the newer Samsung app, or if you have access to an order Android phone you can connect the watch to an older version of Android, update it,and then transfer it to a new watch.

The watch itself is decent and works as advertised by Samsung. The problem is that the "Renewed" version I bought from Amazon lasted less than 6 months before it would no longer charge. There was no damage to the product; it just died and would no longer charge. For reference, my previous Samsung watch (bought new) worked perfectly for over 4 years before I accidentally broke it (my fault). Don't ever waste your time considering an Amazon "Renewed" product. They may be less expensive, but the reason for that is they won't last and Amazon return policy won't protect you.

The watch is in a good physical condition and works fine. It' battery life is not great but this is the lower end model and this should be expected. The biggest problem with this renewed watch is that you can't connect it to LTE network. For some reason, it's locked to certain carrier. I had this issue when I set it up so I ordered a replacement. The replacement watch had the same issue but this time it came already with an AT&T mobile plan on it (which should be for someone else). I ordered a refund! The bottom line it's a good watch but not an LTE (or at least the LTE is not usable).

Very good battery life for a used product .product is like new , best part is durability screen has no scratches, despite a few bumps and scrapes , however there's a small downside that the slim gap between the screen and the watch itself will sometimes get hair,dust, and grime stuck this wedge. Of and the frustration of it turning on after you turned it off, so it could charge faster. Are my only 2 gripes . Not big enough issues too take away from its surpassing my expectations for the 1st fe line of watches.

Overall I have had the watch for about 3 weeks and my only real complain is the battery life span on this watch is not the best, it could last 15-17hours at most before you have to charge again, i had a fitbit before this and that lasted 4-5 days before its next charge so that's kinda a disappointment. Another thing is the sleep recorder 8 times out of 10 it will record sleep and snoring etc but then those 2 times that it doesn't even at a 100% charged is a disappointment not gonna lie. The phone function and text works fine and everything else as well. I only had those two complaints.

Overall I think this watch is a great buy for the price. There are a couple of items that could use some improvement. The Good: 1. Getting your notifications on your watch works flawlessly! Notifications from my smart cameras that include a photo are sent to my watch with the photo and I have the same options for how to respond as I do on my smartphone. 2. The fall detection works very well. I tested this out by literally falling onto a mattress and not moving at all until the watch starting going crazy. I could not get it to trigger any other way - no false positives. I threw the watch on the bed to simulate a fall, but it didn't trigger the emergency features. I dropped it from waist height - same thing, no trigger. I had to be wearing it and actually fall down and then stay motionless for probably 30 seconds. 3. It can be added to your wireless plan and use a cellular signal which is fantastic for peace of mind if you're buying for older family members who live alone. It's far cheaper and more capable than other medical alert devices. 4. Emergency settings offer a lot of customization - you can have it call any number you want, not just 911, and plenty of other options to customize how it behaves when an emergency is detected/activated. 5. You can receive voice calls through the watch. Comes in handy if you're doing something and want to answer the call without pickup up your phone. 6. The watch can share a phone number (if your carrier allows it) with your phone, meaning BOTH will ring when someone calls your number. This is great for people who don't always carry their phone with them around their home/property. 7. You can respond to texts on the watch in 3 ways - pre-defined anwers you select from like "OK", "Yes", etc. or by typing using an on-screen keyboard, or by voice recognition. This is not limited just to texts either - it's for any text input like if you have a notification that you can reply to by typing then you can use any of the 3 methods to respond to that notification. Areas for Improvement: 1. Battery life - although you can adjust some settings to conserve the battery life, it would be nice if that weren't so necessary. If you allow the watch to read your vitals frequently, it's going to die in less than a day. 2. Recharge time - it would be really great if the watch could fast charge, especially since once of its uses is to act as a medical/emergency alert device. Instead it can only wirelessly charge which takes about an hour to get from 20% to 80%. It's not the worst but it's definitely not as good as I want it to be.

Love this watch! It was on perfect condition and still works great without any issues at all, just like new! I have to add, The Sapphire glass is amazing I do not have a screen protector on this watch and wear it everyday to work to bed everything I do and it never gets scratched never never It's phenomenal! I think the Galaxy 5 watch is amazing. It's been updated to the latest OS and has all the bells and whistles you can ever hope for without spending hundreds of dollars. I think I'll always buy refurbished from now on, my only disappointment is at I couldn't afford a new Galaxy phone this year so I settle for a Motorola, but had I known that the refurbed would be as good as new I could have spent the same amount of money on a refurbed Galaxy as I did on the brand new Motorola and then all of my devices would run seamlessly

Bought as a gift for my man to use on his runs and with workouts. He loves everything about it - the stylish look, size, durability, display, and ease of use. Definitely a good buy at a great price!

Cuanto dura la batería de este reloj ? Es que lo cargue toda la noche y empeze a usarlo a las 7 am y ahorita ya se descargo. Se me hace muy pronto ya que solo recibo notificaciones
