I only use Human Perfect Locks braiding hair on my head, so my granddaughter came to visit and wanted me to braid her hair with the same type of hair she had installed. Well, here in NM there is very limited supply of choices for African American hair products and it's very over priced. I allowed her to browse Amazon knowing I'll get great deals on the prices plus free shipping. So, she located this hair and read the reviews. I asked if it mentioned tangled free, because I dislike braiding hair with unbranded inexpensive braiding hair because it hurts my fingers when the hair gets all tangled up at the ends. The hair arrived in three days. It was actually soft and it really didn't tangled at the ends while braiding, which was a big plus for my old fingers. If you're fast at braiding and don't pullout to the very end at every few crossovers, the hair will tangled. Once I was finished, I dipped the hair in hot steaming water and the hair is still holding up. The photos of her hair are about 39 days after being braided. 1. Yes, the hair is worth the funds. 2. I want to start off by saying I'm not a professional braider. This was actually my first time using hair to even do the box braids on my daughter at home. So this is my review of the hair based on my first experience. The length and texture of the hair was great, soft. It did tangle up a bit, I'm not sure if that's my fault or common with this type of product? My daughter has had no complaints wearing the braids. I paired it with a pomade type gel that ive also never used, that worked out really well. We will be purchasing again but shorter length. If you've never had to use hair to braid I would suggest giving these bundles a try.

*Edit* As much as I have loved the quality of this hair....my last 2 orders have been crap. The last order had weird black fibers throughout, and the order that came in today is different texture wise. It is usually silky, this hair was not; it was more coarse. The hair was not the same thickness all the way down, either. I don't have time to send it back because I need to finish my braids tonight, and I wouldn't know what kind of mystery box I would get. I'm disappointed. Because of this, the review goes to 3 stars instead of 5. I ordered this hair and it arrived on Monday. This is the BEST hair that I have used by far. It looks just like the picture, it does not tangle easily, and is nice to work with. The hair comes in 8 small packs, but once pulled and stretched definitely makes it fuller. I have braided 16 braids so far (pictured) and still have not used a full pack just yet. Will update on how many of the 8 I used, but I will be ordering from them again. It took me 5 1/2 packs to go my full head.

This braiding hair is the best affordable braiding hair hands down! I've ordered from BeFunny a few times before, but always their 24", never their 30". For some reason I feel like this hair is better quality than the 24". It didn't hurt my fingers or get tangled while I was braiding it, and it's had almost no tangling the whole 5 weeks of me wearing it. I received the hair May 5th & spent both the 5th & 6th braiding it. It is now June 12th and it still looks pretty good for wearing it a month. I've been meaning to take it out for the past 4 days so I haven't been caring for it as much (no scarf at night, no tieing it up, no styling) and it still looks great! The attached video is the morning of June 12th (5 weeks), just woke up, didn't style my hair or run my fingers through it. This is how it looks after me sleeping on it for days, no scarf. I did not use any products throughout wearing, only hair lotion and jam when braiding, and it's held up. I also did not shampoo it so I wouldn't know how it would hold after a wash, but I'm sure it will be great! The hair does not get frizzy & doesn't tangle. I love this hair! (30" over 24" for sure!) And the length is perfect! Although it's long, it's also lightweight. I used all of the hair for this style, each pack gave me either 14-16 braids.
