Buy Review: Full-specification replacement for original item. - There are lots of PA5195U-1BRS clones advertised with a lower 33Wh capacity. This is a full-specification 45Wh unit. I bought this as a replacement battery for a Toshiba Satellite P50-C laptop and it suits the purpose excellently. At the price, I can afford to replace this every 4 years or so. Review: Bought broken battery that didn’t work - Didn’t work, still does not work, return window closed too swiftly as I was on holiday and I’m stuck with a battery that never worked and I only hope the company will show some heart and take back the battery for testing and refund my money when they realise it’s broken.

Bad Battery
Battery was a complete dud tried every thing to get it working with no joy. Amazon were fantastic gave full refund hats off to them.

Calibration
This battery needs calibrating before it works at full capacity. There are no instructions with the battery about calibration. I found them on the internet. Battery works fine now but only 3 stars for no instructions.

OK but not as good as original
It fitted and it worked but only provided 1 hour 15 minutes of power before it needed recharging which is OK but nothing like the original battery.

Me había quedado sin autonomía en la batería y el reloj también me fallaba al iniciar. Como el modelo L50-B ya no lleva pila interna de la BIOS la solución para las dos cosas era cambiar la batería. Encaja perfectamente y me ha solucionado los dos problemas. Así que de momento he de recomendarla.

La devolví por no ser compatible el día 23 de Agosto y a día de hoy 3 de septiembre todavía no me lo han reembolsado.
