This covers my entire back. It’s wonderful that I don’t have to keep rotating it in different spots when I have a big area to ice.It’s seems very strong and durable. Only used it one night so far and it is amazing.Very happy with the price too. I did a lot of yard work and was very sore and was able to ice one big area at the same time. Comfortable and not unbearably cold through my shirt. It’s not big and bulky like those other brands. I could easily lay on it without being lopsided. I am going to order another one for my husband so we don’t have to share. Not disappointed at all.I wish I would have bought this years ago.

I bought these ice packs to use after my lumbar surgery, and they have been a great addition to my recovery supplies. The extra large size provides excellent coverage for my lower back, and the gel stays flexible when frozen so it comfortably molds to my body instead of feeling hard and stiff. They stay cold for a long time and are easy to use. I appreciate the larger size because it covers more area without needing multiple smaller packs. These have been very helpful for managing discomfort and swelling during my recovery.

I bought this for my back after a car accident, but then I ended up using it for my shoulder surgery and of all my ice packs. This was my favorite. It’s really large so it covered the whole front back inside of my arm. It stays cold for a good amount of time and the outside texture makes it so that it’s not that burning ice cold. It was a good purchase, wish it had a strap

A life saver. Great quality product at a nice price. It gets cold quickly and allows me to get quality treatments each time I use it. It’s large so I am able to treat my whole back and shoulders at once- very effective. It has a fabric side that allows for comfort or the plastic side if you want the maximum coldness. It’s flexy so it folds into the freezer easily. I love it.

I froze it for over 6 hours. It was stiff but pliable and stayed sufficiently cold about 30+ minutes. I use daily and would buy again. The flocked side is great for comfortable skin contact.
