SYLVOX 43'' Outdoor TV Waterproof 4K Television, IP55 1000NITS High Brightness Supports ARC CEC Wi-Fi & Wireless Connection, All Metal Corrosion Resistant Deck Series OT43A0KAGB, 2023

Bright TV, well constructed, perfect for outdoor settings. Any issues had with the product, the Sylvox customer service team is there to help and will have your back to make sure you are satisified. The built in smart OS isn't great, but hooking up a roku or any other device solves all issues. Be warned, this TV is heavy and bulky due to it's weatherproofing. Mounting it is a challenge and needs to be done properly. Two capable people are always needed to move this and install it.

I purchased this tv well over a year ago and have been nothing but impressed. The tv has a great image quality and includes multiple remotes including a waterproof one. The installation was easy and it has definitely passed the waterproof test. I have our tv mounted over a hot tub outside and it has never had an issue with water. It functions in all 4 seasons without issue. I had an issue with the screen well outside the warranty period and contacted the company. They responded promptly and made it right with me even outside of the warranty period. What more could you ask for? A great product made by great people who stand behind it. I highly recommend

Purchased this sometime ago and it’s one of the better buys that I have bought. I had redone my patio and now I have company over in the summer and we watch TV outside at the picnic table. Have a great time. The TV itself is just simply awesome. Love it.

The most important features of an outdoor TV is its brightness and how well it is weather-sealed. For these 2 features, the Sylvox passes with a solid grade. The photos I've attached show how tightly the TV is weather-proofed and if you add a TV cover as an extra level of protection, I am certain it can withstand the elements. I also included a picture of the brightness and contrast custom-set to 100%; this will drastically improve the visibility and reduce the glare. I actually found that setting contrast, brightness, color, and sharpness all to 80% was optimal - the picture quality was more than acceptable even in direct sunlight, even though this is advertised as a partial-sun TV. My main complaint is that the Smart TV feature is limited. Netflix, Prime Video, and YouTube are the only apps installed which are useful; the others I would never open. And unfortunately, there is no way to download other apps, like HBO Max or Disney +, which is something one would expect nowadays with any new TV. In order to access those streaming channels, I had to purchase a Roku. Another $50 that you will have to add to your budget. Overall, I am pleased and am excited to complete my backyard renovation with an outdoor TV.

The tv is expensive for the size. When in use, it works fine. However, we do not have cable infrastructure in our new construction neighborhood and have to rely on streaming services. This tv comes with a small handful of apps preinstalled. You cannot install or download ANY new apps! For example, YouTube TV is not accessible. You can only cast to the tv from Android devices, not Apple. This should have been prominently noted in the description. The tv also constantly turns itself on repeatedly no matter how many times you go outside and turn it off. It’s very basic from a functionality perspective. If you have Apple phones and use streaming services, the tv is almost useless.
