Is the cover removable and washable?

Yes. Both covers are removable with smooth zippers for easy cleaning. Machine wash the covers on a gentle cycle and air dry them. To maintain performance, do not machine wash or soak the memory foam.

Is this suitable for people over 180 lbs?

For users over 180 lbs, we recommend our XL version for enhanced comfort and support. The standard cushion is designed for everyday comfort up to 170 lbs and has a tested maximum load of 231 lbs. Comfort may vary by body type and chair.

Does the cushion slide around while I'm sitting?

The seat cushion features a non-slip rubber bottom, while the lumbar pillow has an adjustable strap to help reduce shifting. Secure the strap properly and position the cushion correctly for better stability.

Is the memory foam firm or soft?

The memory foam is supportive rather than overly soft. It may feel slightly firmer in cooler temperatures and gradually soften as it warms with your body heat, providing a balance of comfort and support during use.

Why choose a seat cushion and lumbar pillow set instead of just one cushion?

Unlike a single cushion, this 2-piece set supports both your hips and lower back for a more balanced seating experience. It's ideal for long hours at the office, at home, or in the car.
