Can I use Boroleum inside my nose? I notice it says for external use.

yes, I had my nose cauterized 3 times as a kid and have tissue scars in my nose. which causes try cracked skin inside my nose I use this to keep it nice and moist. So I have read the instructions and its seems to me that the use is intended for inside. I works wonders for me. Why it would be for external use is beyond me.

Have you compared this one with the Petroleum Jelly in a store? What is the difference between them?

It has meds in it that soothe and heal. Does not clog pores like petroleum jelly. Clog pores cause pain and possible infection.

yes. The boroleum softens the interior nasal passages-if you put a dab at the entrance to the nasal passage and even if you massage in the lower nasal passage. My grandfather used to give to us as kids. It has been around forever and is so great when the climate is dry. Gives moisture to the nasal passage and is good if a person has bloody nose from dry weather. The added benefit is that it also clears your nose if you have a stuffy nose because of the eucalyptuse!
