Like most supplements I take, I don't notice a major difference when I take them, but I've seen enough studies on it, particularly for people over 40, that I think it's worthwhile. The Mayo Clinic has a good article on it, which is what convinced me to give it a try. For about 15 cents a day, I get the peace of mind of knowing that I'm taking one more precaution against aging-related issues. And because I stack it with a good number of other highly recommended and well-studied supplements, the overall effect is very noticeable. I've had a few days where I was traveling and forgot my pillbox, and I felt a pretty dramatic drop in energy. So clearly all those supplements are working, even if it's difficult to pinpoint exactly which benefits are coming from which supplements, which is made even harder considering that the biological functions are often intertwined, ie, you sometimes have to take multiple supplements to support a single biological function properly. Overall, this supplement is very affordable, well-studied, and well worth it. If you just want to give yourself every advantage as you age, and are willing to part with just 15 cents per day, give this a try.

This came sealed with no weird smells or busted capsules etc. No issues with the size of the capsules and the blend in this with the copper included was great. Have taken CoQ10 for a long time and it's always helped me with energy levels, this was no different and was as good as any other brand I've tried.

I love the price on this is under $20, significantly less than other ubiquinol products that usually contain a lower dosage. It's nice that vitamins C and E and selenium are also included as they all have benefits as well as antioxidant activities. as another reviewer commented, more information on how they made this product water-soluble would be a great addition to the available information, the product itself is superb! I will be buying it again soon....

Product shipped quickly and arrived intact. This product features ubiquinol, which is the reduced form of CoQ10 that is considered more bioavailable. This product is much more affordable when compared with other ubiquinol-type CoQ10 products. It also has a blend of other ingredients that are not found in other ubiquinol products.This combination (rarer, more bioavailable form with lots of unnecessary additives for a significantly lower price) leads me to doubt the presence and standardization of the ingredients. I don't have a way to test the quality, but I would like to see where the ingredients are coming from and how they are being guaranteed. The supplement market is flooded with products that don't contain the amount(s) stated.Given the longstanding cost of ubiquinol, this product needs more verification (and fewer unnecessary ingredients).
