Update after two months - Cat still loves it. He tore the feather end apart but the toy comes with others to put on - and I also tied a ribbon to the end myself. Works great. Even though he yanks and jumps and pulls on it, the motor keeps working. Best toy I’ve ever bought for my cat. Update - My cat is addicted to this thing! It’s been a week now. He plays with it constantly. The charge holds well and he gets many hours of play time on each charge. He’s figured out that when it goes dormant he only needs to poke it to get it moving again. He’s dug at it, pulled it across the floor and tried to scratch the plastic blanket piece - and it’s held up. I would give this 10 stars if I could! /End of update —————— I have a big, part-Maine Coon cat, and he absolutely loves this. He’s finicky about toys, so the fact that he’s so interested in this is a big positive. The one thing to know, though, is it’s a bit smaller than it’s seems. Big cats can fling it over. Mine did that pretty quickly the first time he played with it, but he hasn’t done it again the last several times. Crossing fingers he won’t. He is digging at it pretty hard and it’s holding up. I’ll update after a while about durability. Overall, I highly recommend this.

It is easy to set up and understand directions to. Our 6-month old kitten has had constant fun with it for the past 3 days now. The flying butterfly in the center wand is so much fun for him and us to watch - and the little mouse popping out of the fabric circle MEOW cover keep him entertained for a long time. It is so quiet, I swear you can't hear it; I love the way you can set it to alternate between the flying butterfly and hidden mouse every 50 seconds or one at a time or both at once; and also you can set the speed slow or fast. Can't praise this enough. It will automatically pause if you pet is taking a break from it and then start up again if your pet touches one of the play articles on it within 2 hours. It does shut down automatically if nothing happens for 2 hours which is great. There is good weight to the center motor so that this does not move when the pet attacks the cloth or mouse or butterfly. One charge lasted 3 days of almost non-stop work. Not a flaw in this mechanism and the kitten took to it immediately, with only one hesitation at the first movement, but all-on after that. Absolutely recommend it; and for the product you get, this is a very inexpensive price to pay. Highly recommend. A++++

I wasn’t even aware of all the features at this toy has. It’s extremely quiet. I have another one That’s quite loud not by the same company of course. It’s awesome that you can charge this using USB and I didn’t know that it had multiple functions you can run the butterfly and the Fish toy concurrently or just the fish toy and I believe or just the butterfly. It has three speeds. It seems to last quite a while on a charge. And also what I did not know is that if the cat leaves it alone for anywhere up to two hours and then touches it again it starts to play which is great the other one that I have only last for 10 minutes it runs on batteries. it’s loud and you physically have to go and turn it on. Highly recommend this it is keeping my stray cat entertained who is quarantined to the bedroom as I am taking my time in introducing him to the household

Smaller than expected but the motor works well. Speed settings are nice and the two toys are great since it gives my cats more variety. And the auto shut-off is a nice feature. However, since it’s small/not too heavy, one of my cats will tip the whole machine over. So if your cat is more aggressive-active/large, this might not be well suited for them. It makes noise but nothing loud/grating. Easy to clean and assemble.

This toy is awesome! cat has so much fun. She's two years old and she will hide behind things across the room and then bolt across and jump on the mouse and then she'll roll over and keep kicking it with her feet and then she'll run off. Sometimes you'll jump on top of things like the bed and she'll look just like the predator she is does to their prey and then she'll bolt down and attack it. Every once in awhile the fish will come off the hook but I just put it back on. She's really really rough with it so it's pretty durable but the last one I bought eventually did break. It's so awesome that I bought another one without even thinking about it. The one complaint I have is I like the way that it goes to sleep when she gets bored and it will stay in that mode for quite a while such that if she later on jumps on it it wakes up and starts spinning again. However I would like that. Of time to last much longer. I had another toy that she doesn't like as much as this but that thing would sleep for hours and hours. It was rare that she would jump on it and it wouldn't wake up but this one I'm not sure how long it lasts but it's not uncommon for her to jump on it when it has turned off so it doesn't respond unless I turn it back on for her. Maybe they should set a switch where you can set the sleep time before it shuts off
